COMMUNITY IS OUR OPERATNG RHYTHM

We Learn Together. And Have a Lot of Fun.

Our week typically includes a 'Village Hall' meeting. This is where we meet each other and play some roleplay games to learn a new skill. Sometimes we play Buzzword Bingo together, sometimes we laugh at our best sales #fails of the week. We always make sure to have a good chuckle and to create positive, fun vibes for everyone. There is also a weekly Drop-In Clinic for problem-solving.
Every member starts their journey with a 1-on-1 coaching session with me. We send out a community video broadcast each week on different topics. It could be a 'State-of-the-nation' address, or a sales clinic problem. A fun goodie is attached to the email, for example the 'Active Listening 5-Step Framework'.
We also love sending out an 'edge-of-your-seat', deal-winning story every week, to help keep that positive mindset and see exactly what success looks like.
We have special huddle sessions to deep-dive into focus issues. Members suggest these and anyone is welcome to join.
We mention our members frequently in all that we do. We are here to grow as a community, and to support each other.

What do members actually do in The Hive?I built the Hive for 2 reasons:
1. To deal with the biggest selling blocks. And there are many of them.
2. To create a community - you cannot win by yourself. We all experience these challenges.Some members love our Hot seating, others love Office hours, or Workshops. Others still go for our Ground Sanity sessions, where we talk about what is happening on the ground. Our community wins together.I've been burned on courses and coaches. How is The Hive different?Ok, look I've been there also. I tried all of that stuff myself. And I realized that the main reason they fail is because they lack the evolving DNA of a growth-community.
